In my earlier post I talked about how eating often can help you lose weight. But this is just one side of the coin. Of course you cannot just watch what you eat and drop off 5-10 kilos. And so comes the famous saying – No pain, No Gain! 🙂
To see a drop on the weighing scale you need to eat healthy and also have an active lifestyle. Eating healthy is still the easier part. Most of us fail at keeping our bodies active. So even if we make right food choices, we don’t see much difference and claim weight loss doesn’t happen.
Apparently a lot of people are aware of the hazards of our sedatory lifestyle. We all know about the benefits of working out. But in our busy lives, how to find time to workout? We all have the right intentions to be healthy, but where is the time?!
I started working out a month after my delivery. I was a SAHM for a year and used to workout 5 days a week. I am a working mom now and still exercise. So, we DO HAVE time to workout.
If you end up saying I don’t have time, it means you don’t plan things aptly. So coming back to the question – How can you really bring workouts into your routine?
Answer is – Workout in Morning. First thing in the day.
